Most Illustrious members of Supreme Council, Illustrious brethren, Princes.

It is with deep humility and a profound sense of honour that I accept the office of Inspector
General for Wiltshire. I am ever mindful of the trust placed in me, not only by the Supreme
Council but by every Prince and brother throughout our District. My pledge is to serve you with
unwavering dedication, drawing strength from the unity and fellowship that define our
Order. The office of Inspector General not only encompasses the desire to see that our ritual is
conducted in accordance with the principles of the Order, but that the happiness, well-being and
harmony of its members is paramount.

Wiltshire is blessed with a closeness among its Chapters and members, both physically and
spiritually. Our small size fosters genuine friendships and a spirit of mutual support, which are the
bedrock of our success. I seek to build on the legacy of our Past Inspector General by continuing
to encourage those to join this wonderful Order.

The relationship between Craft Freemasonry and the Rose Croix in Wiltshire is a source of great
strength and inspiration. Our ties are not merely formal but are built on genuine friendship,
shared values, and a common vision for the future of Freemasonry. The Provincial Grand Master,
himself an active member of Rose Croix, exemplifies the harmony and collaboration that exist
between our Orders. Our conversations are open and productive, rooted in mutual respect and a
shared desire to see both Orders flourish.

Craft Freemasonry provides the essential foundation for every Freemason’s journey; by instilling
the core principles of brotherly love, relief, and truth, it lays the groundwork for personal growth
and moral development. The Rose Croix, can be viewed as a continuation of this journey, a
journey from the outer to the inner, from the practical to the spiritual. always mindful of the joy
and fulfilment of a shared journey.

Our Orders are not in competition; rather, they are complementary, each enriching the other. The
skills, values, and friendships developed in Craft Freemasonry naturally find expression and
deeper resonance within the Rose Croix. Likewise, the spiritual insights and sense of purpose
cultivated in the Rose Croix can inspire and invigorate our work in the Craft.

It is my sincere wish to those who affirm their belief in the Great Architect of the Universe to
discover the beauty, serenity, and profound meaning of the Ancient and Accepted Rite. This can
only be achieved with the support and active participation of all our members. Let us work
together, drawing on the strengths of both Craft Freemasonry and the Rose Croix, to build a
future marked by unity, spiritual growth, and enduring friendship.

I pledge myself to serve you faithfully, always mindful of the trust you have placed in me. To the
Supreme Council, I look forward to your guidance and encouragement. To my Illustrious Brethren
and Princes, may I exceed your expectations, offer wise counsel, and share in your journey
through this most wonderful of Orders.
